Questions
- Is the first-purchase discount automatic?
- Yes. If you have never subscribed before, the lower price is already applied when you reach checkout, with nothing to enter and no code to find. It covers your first payment on whichever plan you choose, and after that the plan renews at the usual price. Lifetime is a single payment, so the discount is simply what you pay.
- Is there really a free version?
- Yes: levels 0 to 3 are free forever, with no card required. That includes the full interactive Hangeul alphabet course plus your first 127 words, which is plenty to see whether HanGeul's typing-first reviews click for you.
- Do I need a Korean keyboard?
- No. HanGeul has a built-in on-screen Korean keyboard, so you can start typing answers from day one. If you already have a physical or OS Korean keyboard set up, that works perfectly well too.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. You can cancel in one click from Settings, and you'll keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. No emails to write, no hoops to jump through.
- What if it's not for me?
- You'll get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. Just send us an email.
- Lifetime or subscription: which should I pick?
- Lifetime is a single payment for permanent access to every current and future level, which makes the most sense if you're in it for the long haul. Monthly and annual cost less up front, and annual saves you the most per month.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from Settings and keep access until the period ends. Not happy? Full refund within 14 days of your first payment. See our Terms.
