The polite forms end in 요 and suit most conversations; the formal form is for announcements, presentations and first meetings. The same form works for I, you, she or they. As an adjective, 미심쩍다 takes 미심쩍은 in front of a noun; the lesson on adjectives before nouns explains how that form is built.
How 미심쩍다 conjugates
- Find the stem. Take 다 off 미심쩍다 and you are left with 미심쩍.
- Check the last vowel. It is ㅓ, and any vowel other than ㅏ or ㅗ takes 어요.
- Join them. 미심쩍 + 어요 gives 미심쩍어요.
- Build the rest on it. The past tense adds ㅆ to the same base, giving 미심쩍었어요, and the table above has the future and the formal form.
