How 젓다 conjugates
- Find the stem. Take 다 off 젓다 and you are left with 젓.
- Apply the ㅅ irregular pattern. The ㅅ drops before a vowel, and nothing contracts. That gives 저어요.
- Build the rest on it. The past tense adds ㅆ to the same base, giving 저었어요, and the table above has the future and the formal form.
